Dear Mr. Kam Bradman,

We would like to take this opportunity, to express to you, our deepest gratitude for your unselfish efforts in assisting on of our local community food pantries.

In early October of 2004, a local village food pantry, which recently had acquired a facility, notified their local volunteer fire department with concerns about containers found in the rafters during renovation efforts. To the amazement of many, these containers held Carbon Tetrachloride; a chemical used as an extinguishing agent, in what some may call "ancient methods" of fire fighting. Steps were taken to dispose of these containers, and little did we know the cost affect this would have on such a rural jurisdiction with the population of 836 and serving the 5 surrounding townships.

Fear of losing this food bank, depleting operational funds, and compromising the renovation aspects as well as the needs of others quickly became serious considerations.

Somehow, whether it was luck, the efforts of continuous phone calling, resource searching, or some sort of intervention, we located Kam Bradman of BIOCLEAN TEAM, Inc., and things took a much different route.

Through his kindness, compassion and understanding he found a way to personally travel to the northern part of this state, (thank goodness it was during the fall, so the scenery wasn’t too bad) and remedy our situation.

To date, the food pantry renovations are coming along fine, it operates and assists its fire department and its surrounding townships as usual, and its operational budget maintains.

Mr. Bradman of BIOCLEAN TEAM Inc. literally saved this village from faltering on its obligations and dedication to its community and to the county as a whole. He portrayed himself as many of our volunteer fire departments do; ready, willing and professionally in a serious situation. He helped a rural jurisdiction see, once again, that there is hope and help in situations that to some, seem helpless and hopeless.

From our hearts, gratitude, and thankfulness will forever be extended and acknowledged.

Sincerely,

Osceola County Emergency Management
