I am eager and pleased to write this letter of reference and introduction on behalf of Kam Bradman and the company he has owned and operated since 1996 known as “BIOCLEAN TEAM, Inc”.

I first met Kam when he was working security for the Ionia Meijer store. At that time he expressed a sincere interest in speaking to our advocate team regarding his ideas on how to help families in need. He did that, and much more, resulting in BIOCLEAN TEAM, Inc., a 24-Hour prompt response, biohazard management company serving family victims.

Kam has served City, County and State Police Agencies for vehicle and facility cleaning as well as cleaning the scene so family victims are spared additional emotional stress. He maintains strict confidentiality of the scene and casework, and is sensitive to the emotional state of the victims.

He supports Local and Statewide law enforcement, and gives to his community through financial contributions to the Crime Prevention Association of Michigan, and Public School Fundraising. He also serves as a guest speaker for new training and annual in-service training on the MSA Victim Advocates Training Agenda.

Kam is level headed and well spoken. He is recognized by the MSA as professional and trustworthy. He has never given reason to question his integrity or business practices.

Kam is a well-respected family man with three children. His friendship and services is an asset to all who know and work with him.
