June 2003
I first met Kam at a training that I was attending for Victim Services. He was giving a presentation on his services. I remember thinking, “what a gift he has.”
After getting to know Kam, I can say he is a very special person. His gift comes from his heart. As a volunteer for Muskegon County Victim Services Program, we have used his services with tremendous feedback from the families.
As the Michigan Sheriffs’ Association Victim Service Coordinator, I have asked Kam to speak to the Coordinators at annual meetings. As counties, add new volunteers or start new programs, I give the Sheriff and county coordinators Kam’s business card and have them ask him to speak at their training. Kam’s information and business card is placed in all training manuals.
Kam is a devoted family man and husband with three wonderful children. He’s honest, thoughtful and kind. I feel honored to call him my friend.
Sincerely,
Dee Latsch
MSA Coordinator
