Dear Mr. Bradman,

Thank you very much for writing such a nice letter in reference to the services provided recently at the residence on Harper Rd. The “Marilyn” you refer to in your letter is Mrs. Marilyn S., who is one of several professional volunteers who assist this office in situations such as this, and other tragic incidents that occur throughout the county. We are very fortunate to have this group of dedicated volunteers to assist people at their time of need.

It is nice to know that people such as yourself are willing to say thank you for the service they provide. These volunteers perform these duties day-in and day-out, weekends, nights and holidays, with little fanfare. It’s people such as yourself, who are willing to say thanks, that make it all worthwhile.

Again thank you for your kind words, and thank you for the great service you and your company provide to this community.
