Beaner’s Gourmet Coffee Shop

To Whom It May Concern,

I am honored to write to you today about Kam Bradman and his company, BIOCLEAN TEAM, Inc.. As a friend and customer, I can tell you that Kam runs his business the way that he lives his life - with integrity.

Kam’s approach to his business seems simple...care about what you do and it will take care of you. I had a personal situation a few years ago when my parent’s house was broken into while they were on vacation. My sister arrived at the house to water the plants and take in the mail and found broken glass on the floor and the screened-in porch. Blood was on the door and on the floor where the intruder had cut himself rather badly while trying to access the house. In a panic, my sister called me for suggestions. Neither of us wanted to deal with the hazards of dealing with someone’s blood, so the first thing that came to my mind was Kam.

He seemingly dropped what it was that he was doing that night and came over to solve our problem with a willing heart and a thorough eye. He stayed until the job was done and never asked for a cent. Now, this was a smaller job than he was used to but he came quickly, handled the problem and graciously said, "no charge". He mentioned that he provided his services free or at a discount for people occasionally, especially when it was not a service they expected to use; much less one they could not afford. It was an affordable service to me just so my parents could have peace of mind about the situation so I offered to pay his fee, but he declined. Upon their return, my parents couldn’t tell that there was ever any blood spilled - which was the whole point of calling Kam.

At the time, I remember thinking that if I had to deal with issues like this on a regular basis then Kam and BIOCLEAN TEAM, Inc. would be the company that I would want to handle it. I hope that the reader of this letter would appreciate and realize the value of a job well done and a business well run.
