"Biohazardous Waste" identifies Pathological waste,
Liquid Human waste, Human waste and Animal waste. All biohazardous waste is handled in accordance with the MIOSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard Regulations procedure, in addition to the Michigan Medical Waste Regulatory Act. A definition of each category is as follows: Pathological waste is identified as human organs, tissues and body parts other than teeth. Liquid human waste is identified as blood, blood covered products and body fluids including urine. Human waste is identified as feces. Animal waste is identified as animal / rodent remains, urine and feces. Each category of waste listed may include Bloodborne Pathogens, which are potentially infectious micro-organisms present in human and animal blood that cause disease in humans.

BIOCLEAN provides a multitude of services to our many clients. Once we receive a call to serve, our crew is assembled, briefed of the incident and on the road to our destination within one hour. We arrive fully equipped to remediate the entire incident scene via. our 8-step sanitation process within a matter of a few short hours.
BIOCLEAN doesn't stop at merely cleaning the incident scene. - Homicide, Suicide, Accidental and Unattended Death Remediation:
Clean up and neutralization of the entire affected area / areas of the structure or vehicle with the use of EPA approved solutions and equipment that undergoes monthly inspections. Additionally, we also inventory and manifest all items removed from the scene and disposed of. Our final phase of service is the complete restoration of the scene in order to put it back to its pre-incident condition. Restoration up to and including, new carpet or floor coverings, drywall repairs, painting, furniture replacement, windows and window coverings.
- Jail Cell / Facility Maintenance / Patrol Vehicles: Complete clean up, neutralization and deodorization of all biohazardous waste on scene, in addition to the collection and disposal of all biohazard evidence held.
- Distressed Property Rehabilitation: Contaminated property cleanup including persistent or reoccurring odor neutralization.
- Forensic Powder Removal: Removal of forensic powder after evidence technicians have investigated and released the scene.
